  Jake Forshey, 34, LBCC Strength and Conditioning coach.  Jake has been working at LBCC for 6 years, working with baseball, basketball, and volleyball. Before working with all LBCC athletes he spent a year with the baseball team and found his love for coaching. Forshey owns Forshey Training Systems just outside of Salem. Outside of coaching his favorite thing to do is spend time with his 2 kids.

Her favorite hobby is playing volleyball.
